Our story
Founded to shorten the distance between supplier and site
Apex Trade Solutions was founded in Lahore in 2026 to make buying from Europe simpler for Pakistani businesses. Importers kept telling us the same story: good suppliers in Germany, Italy or the Netherlands, but shipments that passed through too many hands, with nobody answering for the whole journey.
So we built the company around one idea: a single coordinator who owns your shipment from the supplier’s door in Europe to your door in Pakistan. We plan the route, check the documents, book sea, air or road freight with trusted carriers, arrange clearance through licensed customs agents, and deliver to any city in Pakistan from our warehouses in Lahore and Karachi.
Before we make you an offer, our own auditors inspect the goods at the supplier, so the cargo you pay for is the cargo that arrives. As a young company we earn trust one shipment at a time, and every shipment gets the attention of the people who started the business.

Sustainability
Lower-emission routing by default
Sea freight emits far less CO₂ per tonne-kilometre than air. Where your deadline allows, we propose sea or consolidated options first and show the trade-off in the quote.
Consolidating several suppliers’ goods into one shipment also means fewer part-empty containers and fewer truck journeys.
